Ephraim McDowell Vascular offers a full range of services for diagnosing and treating diseases of the arteries and veins. 

Services are provided by Neil S. Weintraub, M.D., a board-certified vascular surgeon with 25 years of practice experience.

He treats patients with carotid disease, aortic aneurysms, lower extremity vascular disease, hemodialysis access and venous disease.

Dr. Weintraub uses the Cardiovascular Cath Lab at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center for minimally invasive endovascular procedures. This new Cath Lab uses three-dimensional imaging technology in conjunction with X-ray technology to offer exceptional image clarity for diagnosing and treating cardiovascular disease.

When a condition requires open surgery, it is performed in a state-of-the-art vascular operating room at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
